The shipping was prompt and they were very nice in letting me know they had begun to work on my order after it had been placed. I will definitely be looking to order from this person again. Not that I need another cup but because I am very happy with the one I received and I use it everyday!

Craig, my husband, does all of our custom painting on our tumblers before the glitter and epoxy are applied. Any color combination I ask for he makes sure it’s perfect! He also does all the prep and sanding to ensure a beautiful product.

All of our tumblers and glassware are:

2. Not Dishwasher Safe
3. Do Not Soak
4. Do Not Microwave

6. Avoid Extreme Heat
7. Do Not Freeze
Returns/Exchanges
Because all tumblers/glassware are custom made to order, there are no returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order or it’s an error on my part, I will gladly fix it or replace it as long as it’s sent back within 72 hours upon receipt.
